CHECK-IN

• Domestic flights: Minimum check-in time is 90 minutes.
• International flights: Minimum check-in time is 3 hours.
  You must present a valid passport and all required visas/travel documents for the country of travel.

EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES
Discounted fares usually involve restrictions. Any change in airline, flight, time, or routing may result in additional charges. Always consult the airline or Air Tickets Hub Ltd before making changes. If your plans change during travel, contact us. Do not purchase a new ticket if a refund may be due. Cancel your reservation before departure time—otherwise, the ticket will have no value. Please note: fares and availability are subject to change without notice.

HOTELS
Most hotels are confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. Cancellations or changes must be made within the time frame specified by the hotel. Policies may vary by property.

TOUR PACKAGES
Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff revisions, or increased operational costs. Group tours/packages are based on a minimum number of passengers. If this minimum is not met, a surcharge may apply.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Air Tickets Hub Ltd reserves the right to charge processing fees for refunds, cancellations, or itinerary changes.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Air Tickets Hub Ltd acts only as an agent for suppliers of travel services (airlines, hotels, ground transport, cruises, tours, etc.) and does not directly provide these services. We are not responsible for:

• Supplier actions, errors, or omissions resulting in loss, damage, delay, or injury.
• Changes in schedules, reservations, rates, connections, or handling of baggage/personal effects.
• Injuries, damages, or losses caused by terrorism, unrest, mechanical failures, natural disasters, disease, local laws, climate, criminal acts, or any condition outside our control.

Travelers are solely responsible for verifying passports, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements for their destinations. By traveling, you accept all associated risks and are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance. Retention of tickets or reservations constitutes consent to these terms, and you agree to share this information with all accompanying travelers.

PASSPORTS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Valid passports, visas, and other travel documents are mandatory. Expiry dates must be checked carefully. If denied boarding or entry due to invalid documents, the traveler—not Air Tickets Hub Ltd—assumes responsibility for any resulting loss.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Air Tickets Hub Ltd strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance (medical, baggage, cancellation, etc.). Note: policies may exclude pre-existing conditions and have limitations. Confirm coverage directly with the insurer.

AIRLINE BANKRUPTCY NOTICE
If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to honor tickets or issue refunds. Air Tickets Hub Ltd cannot refund such tickets as funds are transferred directly to airlines. Refunds, if available, are issued only by the airline. Travelers are advised to obtain insurance to protect against airline insolvency.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Air Tickets Hub Ltd strives to secure the lowest possible fares based on availability and market conditions at the time of booking. However, due to fare fluctuations, we cannot guarantee that the ticketed fare will remain the lowest at the time of departure. Please contact us before departure if you wish to check for updated fares.

By retaining tickets, reservations, or bookings, you agree to all conditions stated herein and to additional terms set by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or service providers.

If your booked services are canceled through no fault of your own, all amounts paid to Air Tickets Hub Ltd for unused services will be refunded promptly unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
