Domestic flights: Minimum check-in time is 90 minutes.

International flights: Minimum check-in time is 3 hours.

Excursion and Promotional Fares

Discounted fares may include restrictions. Any changes to airline, flight, time, or routing may result in additional charges. Always consult the airline or Air Tickets Hub Ltd before making changes.

If your plans change during travel, contact us. Do not purchase a new ticket if a refund may be due. Reservations must be cancelled before departure; otherwise, the ticket will have no value. Fares and availability are subject to change without notice.

Hotels

Most hotels are confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. Cancellations or changes must follow the hotel’s stated policies, which may vary by property.

Tour Packages

Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff revisions, or increased operational costs. Group tours are based on minimum passenger numbers; failure to meet these may result in a surcharge.

Cancellations and Refunds

Passports & Travel Documents

Valid passports, visas, and travel documents are mandatory. Travelers are responsible for verifying document validity. Any loss resulting from invalid documentation is the traveler’s responsibility.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, baggage loss, cancellations, and other risks. Coverage limitations may apply; confirm details directly with your insurer.

Airline Bankruptcy Notice

If an airline declares bankruptcy, tickets may not be honored or refunded. Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely by the airline. Travel insurance is recommended to cover such risks.

By retaining tickets, reservations, or bookings, you agree to all terms stated herein and any additional terms imposed by airlines, hotels, or service providers.

If services are cancelled through no fault of your own, refunds for unused services will be processed unless instructed otherwise in writing.
